简介：多年以来，酒庄只酿造红葡萄酒、玫瑰葡萄酒和波特酒，但是，为了给消费者更多的惊喜以及满足市场需求，酒庄自2009年以来开始酿制白葡萄酒。瑞沃塔陈酿白葡萄酒精心挑选生长在高山葡萄园中的葡萄品种。这是我们研制的二代白葡萄酒，极好地展现了葡萄酒的特色和新鲜口感，果味适中。

Wine: After some years only producing Red, Rosé and Port wines, the winery, wanting to surprise and to match market expectations, started the production of White Wines in 2009. Revolta Reserve is produced from a careful selecion of grapes cultivated in high altitude vineyards. This second edition of the wine presents great character and freshness with well-balanced fruitiness.

Tasting Notes:

Flavor - Citric fruity with a slight exotic floral, involved by vanilla and a light smoke from the barrel, with a mineral end .

Mouth - We can appreciate the good notes of citric freshness (lemon and lime) involved by a tense mineral body. It ends fatty and persistent.

Recommended Gastronomic Harmonization: Light meat and fish dishes, salads or as an aperitif.
